The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is the site where the first H-D factory - a wooden shed - was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. Join our team as a Associate Recruiter (open to remote work - state dependent). The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruiting process from discovery with the hiring manager through sourcing/screening, interview, offer, and up to onboarding for specific requisitions. This position will also provide support and coordination throughout the recruitment process. Job Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify qualified candidates, seek feedback and make hiring recommendations. Educate and communicate appropriate expectations to and influence hiring managers and HR business partners regarding the talent acquisition process. Develop sourcing strategies to fill open positions as well as create a talent pipeline for future business needs. Ensure all candidates are getting the best candidate experience. Effectively communicate with recruiters, HR business partners, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth process. Understand the key metrics that impact talent acquisition and the business. Responsible for support, coordination, and execution of activities such as candidate management, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, pre-employment contingencies, and system transactions. Participate in projects, as needed, to improve practices and processes. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Education Specifications A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience Requirements Required Typically requires no previous professional experience.
