As a Data Product Manager, your primary responsibilities are to:
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap and clearly set the product prioritization with a balance of near-term deliverables and longer-term investment in the technology and data platforms bounded by finite engineering resources and competing priorities
Manage the full product lifecycle – including ideation, defining features, writing requirement specifications, leading the execution of changes, testing, and launch of complex features and products.
Partner with stakeholders to set/manage expectations and act as primary liaison between partner Product Managers to ensure fluid planning, design, and development of new and existing features while balancing innovation, maintenance and support
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions such as Marketing and Sales to understand and translate user problems/needs into actionable insights to help identify, size and prioritize opportunities in line with the go-to-market strategy to drive user growth by improving their experience across touch-points
Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure extensibility, reliability and scalability with the technical design and architecture of the platform for personalization and execute on the roadmap with clear milestones.
Run multiple analytical data models and pipelines across customer functions including finance, growth, product analysis, customer support, sales, marketing, to provide opportunities for growth.
Maintain customer’s data lake and build creative and reliable analytics data model that provides a unified way of analyzing customers, products, operations and the interactions among them.
Responsible for democratizing data and building exceptional data platforms for the company to absorb over 50 billion events per month and allow dozens of teams to drive their decision and guide their operations based on the data and platforms the team provides.
Focus on opportunities and use cases for personalization to build an effective strategy and work with the internal customers across the organization for developing the data platform and driving the adoption of the building blocks to unlock personalization at Customer
Understand the needs of marketers, data science, product teams and combine it with deep knowledge of data engineering to define a vision and execute a roadmap
Participate in the development of Customer’s data platforms as a desirable, scalable, and trusted destination for all types of engineers, analysts and data scientists.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
5+ years of data product management experience at a cloud focused company working with sales, marketing, marketing technology and data-driven personalization/ user experience, setting product vision and translating it into a product roadmap and end-to-end execution
With at least 2 years of experience in building company CRM, e-commerce, marketing/sales data or communication platforms, working with structured, unstructured and graph data.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
5+ years of data product management experienceworking with sales, marketing, marketing technology and data-driven personalization/ user experience and growth, setting product vision and translating it into a product roadmap and end-to-end execution.
With at least 2 years of experience in building company CRM, e-commerce, marketing/sales data or communications platforms, working with structured, unstructured and graph data.
