Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company is looking for a Sales Specialist for the Midland, Texas area.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assistwith the development and implementation of sales strategies for a specifiedgeographic area, business unit or product line.

  • Assistswith the development of short and long-range sales goals.

  • Leadsactivities of sales personnel.

  • Maintainsand services some key accounts.

  • Handlesspecial projects, as assigned


  • Bachelor'sDegree or equivalent.

  • Knowledgeof Permian area and relationships with key stakeholders

  • 5years experience in sales

  • Comprehensiveknowledge of appropriate company products/application and services to customerrequirements and competitive market in the scope of responsibility.

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.

  • Goodnegotiating skills.

  • Demonstratedunderstanding of sales process, ability to build strong relationships and closebusiness.

  • Goodknowledge of commercial issues.
