Brunswick Technical Support - ASG Connect in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

We are seeking a team member who can troubleshoot our ASG Connect integrated systems installed in the Mobile and Marine market. These systems will include analog switching, digital switching, complete MasterVolt charging/inverting Systems, NMEA 2K networks and AC/DC wiring.

This position works with our OEM customers installing the systems as well as end users. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with AC and DC circuit installation and troubleshooting practices. The troubleshooting will occur via a phone call or email. The candidate will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a good team member, strong computer skills and have a strong desire to help our customers through difficult situations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to new and existing ASG Connect customers 8:00 am to 5:00 PM CST

  • Process and document warranty failures of the ASG Connect systems

  • Answer product questions including installation, and proper usage of the ASG Connect systems

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose the integrated systems developed by ASG Connect

  • Be a product knowledge resource for the technical support and sales teams.

  • Assist the technical support team where needed in the Marinco, BEP and Blue Sea brands.

Job Requirements

  • Associates degree in Electrical Engineering field or related experience

  • Knowledge of and experience with AC and DC systems

  • Previous experience in marine and/or mobile electrical systems preferred

  • Previous technical support experience is preferred
