FTE: 1.000000 *1.0 FTEis Full-Time* *Positions with an "FTE" (full time equivalency) of .8 - 1.0 are eligible for full-timemedical dental and vision benefits.* Shift: Shift 1 Summary: Implements and evaluates Froedtert Health compensation programs. Performs job evaluations and market pricing to establish appropriate pay level(s) based on compilation of both internal and external information. Analyzes pay practices and programs to determine market competitiveness. Ensures that compensation programs are in compliance with regulatory requirements. Partners with senior Consultants in consulting with HR leaders Talent team members and operational leaders to review and provide guidance on base pay and promotional increase recommendations. Assists with compensation projects as directed. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation.
