Facebook Strategic Partnerships Manager, Social Impact Partnerships in Menlo Park, California

The Social Impact Partnerships team is looking to add at Strategic Partner Manager. This is a full-time role in our Menlo Park, CA office.

Required Skills:

  1. Support and manage a set of nonprofit partners

  2. Become an expert in the support experience for Social Impact Products and quickly efficiently troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve partner issues

  3. Monitor and communicate nonprofit satisfaction in receiving support services

  4. Develop strategic planning sessions to increase partner value and output across Facebook’s Family of Apps

  5. Innovate with partners using technological solutions (i.e. APIs) and testing beta products

  6. Gather product feedback to inform product roadmap development

  7. Adapt quickly to product changes and communicate these strategically to stakeholders within the nonprofit organization

  8. Represent the partner to cross-functional and leadership teams

  9. Drive initiatives to help build and scale the Partnerships team and practices

  10. Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% of the time

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 5+ years professional experience in product partnerships, business development, product marketing, or digital fundraising

  3. Organizational, project management, time management, and communication experience

  4. Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers

  5. Experience explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, developing opportunities, and providing reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the partner performance

  6. Experience in setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Social impact experience either working at a nonprofit or with nonprofits
