SUMMARY
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to assist in our high-volume recruiting operation with screening candidates for retail roles at our stores. The role of a Talent Acquisition Screener requires strong computer and phone skills, and the ability to multitask while managing applicants through the online application and recruiting process. This is a temporary, remote position starting February 1 and running till the end of May 2021, with growth potential. Full-time and part-time schedules available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule and coordinate on-site interviews for assigned markets
Review applications, conduct phone screens and assess the qualifications of each applicant
Responsible for tracking your candidate schedule and managing workload by creating daily reports
Develop relationships with Talent Acquisition and Retail Field Teams (Co-Workers, Leads, and Managers)
Direct applicants to store locations depending on the candidate's preference and business need

Computer Proficiencies: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, Google Docs)
Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume workload and comfortable in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
Ability to function with constant phone use, to perform repetitive tasks, and disperse the same information repeatedly
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous call-center or telework experience
Experience working in a retail environment
Work experience in a previous role where strong listening skills were a key to success
Bilingual in Spanish
