SUMMARY

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to assist in our high-volume recruiting operation with screening candidates for retail roles at our stores. The role of a Talent Acquisition Screener requires strong computer and phone skills, and the ability to multitask while managing applicants through the online application and recruiting process. This is a temporary, remote position starting February 1 and running till the end of May 2021, with growth potential. Full-time and part-time schedules available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and coordinate on-site interviews for assigned markets

  • Review applications, conduct phone screens and assess the qualifications of each applicant

  • Responsible for tracking your candidate schedule and managing workload by creating daily reports

  • Develop relationships with Talent Acquisition and Retail Field Teams (Co-Workers, Leads, and Managers)

  • Direct applicants to store locations depending on the candidate's preference and business need

  • Performing assigned duties with high attention to details

  • Following up with applicants and teammates to ensure a great candidate experience

  • Exhibiting strong written and verbal communication skills

Additionally…

  • Comfortable working on the phone and computer for a majority of the day

  • Computer Proficiencies: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, Google Docs)

  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume workload and comfortable in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities

  • Ability to function with constant phone use, to perform repetitive tasks, and disperse the same information repeatedly

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous call-center or telework experience

  • Experience working in a retail environment

  • Work experience in a previous role where strong listening skills were a key to success

  • Bilingual in Spanish
