The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for overall management of multiple contracts to include multiple project types. This position serves as the client manager for a specific market or client. This position is responsible for the oversight of projects to include design, communication, personnel management, budget, schedule, quality control, business development, and client communication/relationship. Manages large clients/projects, strategic clients, and clients/projects which may require more complex, responsible for project profit objectives.Creates and tracks larger, more complex, and/or multi-departmental client proposals including writing scope, technical and price proposals, statements of interests, amendments, developing budgets and schedules, and identifying potential issues.Coaches, mentors, and motivates project team members and sub-consultants.Identifies new markets, develops leads and opportunities, performs business development activities, and pursues new geographies.Promotes, utilizes, and supports quality assurance and quality control processes to improve the quality of deliverables and reduce design errors and omissions. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in position relevant Architectural field.Minimum of 15 years of experience.Must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a Project Team.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.Larson Design Group is an Affirmative Action/EEO employer.
