KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Pricing and Cost Proposal to join our Federal Advisory organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead Price-To-Win analysis; conduct comprehensive competitive analyses, research and analysis of historical data in line with Price-To-Win methodology
Govern pricing response for business proposals including Firm Fixed Price, T&M, and CPFF/CPAF, monitoring for accuracy and compliance with requirements
Contribute strategy advice; provide profitability assessments and make recommendations to engagement teams
Assist in the creation of basis of estimate (BOE) on large proposals; train engagement team personnel to create a thorough BOE
Provide pricing group support including maintenance of price database and internal models and tools
Confirm adherence to FAR, DFAR, DCAA, TINA, CAS and corporate policies and procedures with regards to cost proposal preparation, review, submission and negotiation
Qualifications:
Minimum of seven years of pricing experience in a federal contracting environment; additional State & Local Government pricing experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited college/university; Master's degree is preferred
Strong Price-To-Win analysis and analytical skills
Solid experience working with teams on the technical basis of estimate (BOE) and aligning the proposed solution to the costing
Experience constructing complex pricing models and competitive pricing analysis in Excel; strong Excel skills required
