Progressive Auto Group Customer Service/Sales in Massillon, Ohio
Customer Service/Sales representatives work in the automobile service department where customers take their vehicle to get maintenance or repairs performed. In this role, representatives learn to how to greet and welcome customers to the dealership and register them as guests. Working with a team of service advisors and the department supervisor, representatives will gain self-confidence, excellent listening and communication skills as well as gaining an understanding of the specific duties of a successful service department. Knowledge of how to repair a vehicle is not required but good listening skills are a must.
Greeting customers in a timely manner
Doing a basic visual inspection/workaround of the customer's vehicle
Expediting the service write up process
Making sure our customers feel valued
Learning sales skills
