The Process Improvement Manager role manages internal and external process improvement projects with team members who work across regional and enterprise wide organizational structures and with external parties (providers and trade organizations) to formulate consensus on improvements and to implement internal and external systems, policies and procedures.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: • Provides subject matter expertise in response to day to day business issues; researches applicable subject matter practices; and remains aware of industry trends • Monitors all performance metrics and service level agreements. • Collaborates with internal and external parties to improve prospect and member experience through process, system, and product enhancement. • Manages external client facing relationships and partners with internal corporate and regional business areas. • Develop and maintain communication documents and training criteria related to external and internal client facing program success measures. • Develop and maintain documentation to support meeting presentations and the tracking and reporting of a program’s success. • Provides process improvement methodology, coaching and training to associates and team members who are participating in process improvement projects. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams in the identification, research, and implementation of process improvements. • Leads projects of significant scope.
Requires a BA/BS in a related field, 5- 8 years of process improvement or project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. • Health and Life Insurance License preferred. • Telephonic insurance sales experience preferred.
