Purpose:This person will be responsible for taking inbound calls from Home Depot personnel and customers. This person will also be responsible to work in an CRM system around calls fulfilling requests sent in via e-mail or internet from Customers and our Vendors.

Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)

  • Taking a certain number of inbound calls daily to make sure that all of our customers’ calls get answered in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Providing a cheerful professional demeanor at all times with our customers. The CSA must create the impression that our company is willing to do what it takes to satisfy the store or the store’s customer.

  • Accurately ordering parts for warranty for the customer

  • At all times will listen to the customer, determine their needs and requirements, and move to solving their problems as if they were their own, per company procedures.

  • Providing great follow-up by multi-tasking and keeping organized

  • Must take a hands on role in problem solving

  • Create strong internal relationships to ensure that goals are accomplished

  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment

  • Acting with a sense of urgency and purpose on all calls.

  • Assisting other team members with handling incoming calls as needed or directed.

  • May provide up to $300 financial restitution to resolve customer complaint.

Qualification and Skills required:

  • High School education or equivalent

  • Must be able to work up to 6pm M-F if needed for our 9-6 shift

  • Past leadership experience desired

  • Call Center experience desired

  • Good communication skills

  • Must be able to work with all levels of management

  • Must have strong can-do attitude with a commitment to service

  • Must have solid computer skills (Excel and E-mail)

  • Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task
