DescriptionPosition Summary:The responsibility of a Sales Operations Analyst is to analyze and interpret data received from internal and external sources in support of field sales implementation of corporate strategy. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Sales Operations, this position will act as a key business partner with Field Sales Leadership for communications and reporting. Develop forecasts, Opportunity Analysis and ad hoc reports to enhance the understanding of the business and support decision making.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Primary ResponsibilitiesCommunications Point for field sales and national account sales teamCoordinate with internal stakeholders/departments to develop timeline and communication cadence to the fieldCreate visibility for all communications and actions required to/from the fieldDevelop and own communication platform and content SMEDevelop OPS implementation contentDevelop field level communicationsWork with leadership to draft and disseminate content aligned to communication theme and objectivesDevelop a plan cadence of leadership communications for the fieldTie communications content to leadership prioritiesDevelop opportunity analysis around key performance indicatorsSupport the field leadership in the development of forecast and goal reportsCreate and maintain sales leadership dashboards and deliverables in conjunction with field sales to ensure achievement of assigned goals, initiatives and prioritiesBusiness Reviews and consult to National Sales TeamWork across departments to access and provide data and identify reporting that should enter production for sustained deliveryLiaison to informatics for requirements and edits to reports for sales leadershipAd hoc requests, reports and special projects as assignedSecondary ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivityCollect sales records & trends and evaluate performance measured against sales targetsAnalyze sales and performance records, interpret results of overall salesCreate weekly and monthly strategic views for managementAssist management in forecast and projectionsCommunicate sales reporting and sales forecasting to Senior ManagementCollaborate with management team to create reports and track progressProvide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions and initiativesConduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification, and assessment of opportunity and riskOversee Salesforce.com reports on individual productivity and provide feedbackOther duties as requiredCompetenciesAdvanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyCommunicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsPrioritization skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with many moving piecesPrefered Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field3-5 years working experience in a sales operations support/analyst role or similar.Experience handling sensitive and confidential informationKnowledgeable in Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or similar CRM systemEqual Opportunity...
