Job Description:

As a Salesforce Data Analyst supporting our Bank of America relationship in Merchant Services, you will play an integral role in a variety of requests to support strategic business objectives. This role is responsible for managing business data and leading projects to deliver robust enhancements and processes. This Sr. Associate must collaborate across multiple teams and functions to ensure data accuracy, lead the integration of necessary systems and data, and establish appropriate controls for business information processes and reporting. Essential Functions include:

•Act as a business analyst for projects by documenting requirements with business partners and leading projects to delivery

•Act as data administrator and architect while partnering with another team to implement system changes

•Update data for pipeline management, sales credit, achievement, campaign management, mass data updates, and data feed processes

•Performing data updates with high regard to data integrity and quality within

•Provide insights into complex business issues and recommends solutions based on an advanced understanding of business processes and functionality

•Designing, implementing, and monitoring solutions to drive data integrity and quality within

•Drive the team’s vision to make process improvements and standardize processes across teams/departments

•Working knowledge of security such as user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, and list view rights

•Provide direction and insight to maintain and create workflow rules, validation rules, and formula fields, new fields, page layouts, record types, and list views

•Act as subject matter expert for end user support and system break/fix resolution

•Manage relationships with partners to resolve issues within other systems flowing to and from as well as resolving historical data impacts

Required Skills*

(must have these skills to be minimally qualified)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.

• Administrator certification

• Minimum 5+ years of extensive hands-on experience with

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business process design and implementation

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in building requirements and managing projects for development

• Deep understanding of features and functionality

• Strong understanding of data governance and best practices

• Knowledge of service and sales cloud

• Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL

• Ability to use Dataloader/Demand Tools to make updates

• Financial services experience with understanding of PCI/PII standards and regulations

• Knowledge of the software development life cycle

Desired Skills*

• Experience partnering with third parties to complete work

• Analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills

• Experience with Task Factory or other ETL software a plus

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and solve problems

• Ability to multitask and change direction in ever changing environment

• Knowledge of payments industry
