Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Embrace the world-class selling program with a goal to close sales and earn enthusiastic customer referrals.

  • Greeting all customers and providing the expertise needed to ensure customers are making the best purchase for their needs.

  • Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and inventory

  • Staying current on home furnishing styles and trends

  • Maintaining a welcoming showroom, ensuring the elimination of non-quality signals

  • Promoting a positive environment

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a team environment

  • Experience in a retail or hospitality environment preferred

  • Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Desire to set and achieve individual goals

  • Effective communication and listening skills required.
