If you are a smart and ambitious Senior Software Developer with a proven record of accomplishment of getting things done and a passion for building great products, this could be a great fit to join our development team. The Senior Software Developer will be developing software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle. Seven (7)+ years? experience in software development. Degree in Computer Science or related / equivalent work experience.
SQL experience required (PostgreSQL/SQL Server experience a plus) Cloud: Experience writing for and deploying to AWS/Azure leveraging micro services a plus Tools: Jira, Git, and Slack.
Data persistence patterns. Distributed systems. Scalability and performance. Algorithmic complexity and data structures. Design patterns and their application to cloud based platforms. TODO reference architectural aspects of secure architecture (OWASP).
Implementation and Code Craft:
Basic Knowledge: Programming languages. Strong experience in C#, .NET Core and/or Framework, REST API development, unit testing, code review, source control tools, and agile development practices, SQL, web application development.
Proficiency: Debugging, Unit testing, One language / functional area (mobile, browser, server-side), SOLID, Able to connect client needs with technical solutions. Implements security best practices.
