We are looking for a dynamic Loyalty specialist to help us retain and grow our accountants base. In the role, you will deal directly with Accountants on both an incoming and outbound basis to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products and services, and how to retain their business. You will also be able to feedback into the business customer insight, market conditions and competitor activity that Sage needs to act or react to.
To be successful as a Loyalty specialist, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relation skills, and a passion for sales. Ultimately, a top-class loyalty specialist is able to improve customer satisfaction and revenue by creating lasting bonds with customers turning customers into fans
Loyalty Specialist Responsibilities
• Communicating with customers and sales representatives
• Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain their business.
• Analysing customer and competitor behavior
• Building positive relationship with customers with the ultimate aim of creating fans
• Gathering information about customer complaints
• Feedback and presenting back into the business customer behavior insight.
• Meeting with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions.
• Contribute into suitable retention strategies based on customer feedback.
