About this role

The role holder is responsible and accountable for all ”in life” management, service delivery, customer satisfaction and ongoing development of small to medium sized contracts and service reviews for large or strategically important contracts for BT Locate clients. They will operate throughout the UK and lead on specific in life & new contract requirements.

The role holder will also provide reporting on a daily, weekly or monthly basis – whichever to best suits the LOCATE client’s needs, working closely with the Co-Location Services Helpdesk Team to contribute Locate targets in achieving continual Business Growth and client satisfaction through expertise, experience & professionalism.

You'll have the following responsibilities

  • The role holder will be responsible and accountable for all in life management & service delivery of the Co-Location services portfolio throughout the contract term for multiple customers.

  • To maintain and develop customer relationships, attend customer meetings, have professional interpersonal skills and prepare reports for presentation.

  • To be accountable for contractual service levels / direction and provide an escalation path for Customer Management Centre helpdesk.

  • Manage and support client issues associated with the Co-Location Service Offering at BT buildings.

  • Maintain and develop close relationships with internal Account Teams & design & Delivery colleagues offering support & cover as applicable.

You'll have the following skills & experience

  • Work closely with 3rd parties, Supply chain, procurement, customer’s as well as the wider Enterprise and BT group.

  • Model BT values to strive to be part of engaged, productive team who are committed to deliver for the best interests of BT and our clients.

  • Client centric, dealing with clients at both operational & directorship level with the ability to understand customer requirements and experience in dealing with customers in both formal meeting settings and informal 121 catch up sessions.

  • Experience of owning and resolving customer escalations.

  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders across multiple programmes.
