Job Overview:

The Partner Operations specialist should possess strong project management skills, a high business acumen, coupled with a proactive approach. The Partner Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting SAP Concur Partner needs, tasks and developing out Partner offlines to support their Go-to-market strategy. This role requires the ability to implement and configure Concur Products & features, work with SAP SolExp & SAP Program managers to support the SAP Partner landscape & infrastructure as it relates to Concur Partner requirements. Additionally, work closely with the Global Learning Services organisation to support Partner Enablement deliverables.

A successful candidate will be able to blend strong communication, thought leadership, and business acumen with deep configuration knowledge of SAP Concur Products. This is a highly strategic and detail-oriented role that requires the successful candidate to drive forth momentum to support SAP SolExp & Global Learning Services to create, scope, deliver and execute on the Partner Demo Program needs.


  • Proactively engage with the Concur BD organisation to plan, prioritize and execute on Concur Partner deliverables to support their Partner Reseller Program.

  • Build strong relationships with Program Managers & BD stakeholders to drive momentum and scope out the Concur Partner needs.

  • Collaborate closely with SAP SolExp to support the Global Partner Organisation & the Partner Intelligent Enterprise (PIE) initiative.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with the Global Learning Services team to support ongoing Partner Demo Enablement deliverables.

  • Collect, develop and execute on the creation of off-line Demo click-thrus (SAP Concur functionality)

  • Strong background in PreSales

  • This position requires strong consultative and cross functional relationship skills. The PreSales Operations Partner Specialist will report directly to the Director PreSales Operations.

Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies

Education, Experience & Training requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field

  • 3-5 years’ experience with SAP Concur in a functional or technical solution consulting role

  • Deep knowledge in Concur configuration and SAP Concur Project management experience leading strategic initiatives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capable of delivering Concur value prop for each core service

  • Must be able to work independently, deliver exceptional materials to support Partner organization within tight timeframes and manage strategic projects for the BD organisation.
