Masco Corporation IT Business Analyst (SAP SCM/IBP) in Maharashtra, India
TheIT Business Analyst(SAP SCM/IBP)will provide process and system support to our internal Behr customers in various countries .This individual will work closely with Business Analysts in the US and India across functional areas and partner with the business toprovide assistance tofunctional users and act as liaison between the business and technical teams. This includes gathering business requirements, translating them into functional requirements, recommending and implementing solutions by configuring SAP SCM/ IBP and working with ABAP /CPI/BW developers and other technical teams to meet ongoing business needs.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshooting SAP - SCM / IBP system issues reported by the business users via Service Now Incidents and providing resolutions.
Work closely and effectively with other ITBAs (US and India) and the business units among all functional areas and levels of management.
Help with IBP quarterly upgrades .
Day to day support of departmental functions for the Supply Chain team toevaluate system requirements and implement solutions; configure,modify,and coordinate testing.
Resolve issues related to business use of implemented SAP - SCM / IBP modules and/or processes by working with ITBAs, systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable solutions.
Create and provide quality training material and deliver training for user assistance and system usage.
Work closely with the SAP ABAP /CPI team to build technical solutions as per the business requirement .
Researching and monitoring SCM related issues
Work in collaboration with business and other IT staff to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Produce appropriate documentation and actively participate in development of technical and workflow solutions.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: (Overall experience and years of experience in particular skill)
Bachelor’s degree required.
Good written & verbal Communication skills
5-7 yearsSAP experience in SAP SCM /IBP with a t least 1 full life cycle implementations in SAP IBP S&OP and Demand Planning .
Good understanding of SAP IBP configurations including sample Planning Areas and underlying objects.
Hands-on developing Excel Add-In Planning Views, analytics and required master data elements.
Understanding of Data Integration – Data Mapping between IBP, ECC, APO, and BI. Data pull into IBP using CPI execution.
Planning Area set up including planning levels and complex key figure calculations.
Understanding of Master and Transactional Data Loads
Experience in Supply Chain Planning process - Sales & Operations Planning covering statistical forecasting, demand management .
Should be able to handle quarterly support pack upgrades for Excel and configuration changes.
Provenunderstanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies, as well as the specific requirements for maintaining systems in a regulated environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Combination of domain/functional knowledge in supply chain / logistics and any previous industry experience in addition to SAP
Working knowledge of CPI-DS for data integration and functional design of SAP ERP and non-SAP ERP to IBP integration.
Any exposer to APO / Production planning/ Excel Macros
Experience in SAP Supply Chain Management , with an emphasis in SNP Optimization
Experience with IBP Supply, including an implementation .
Insight to any other modules within IBP, like Inventory Optimization and/or Supply Chain Control Tower
Knowledge of ‘What-If’ scenarios including setup and executionknowledge of general business processes and functions preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to plan and manage projects and activities related to ERP/SCMsystems
Ability to establish effective interpersonalrelations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of theorganization
Time management skills & organizational skills including multi-taking and prioritizeworkload
