ZENDESK Sr. Program Manager in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Zendesk Madison, Wisconsin, United States of AmericaR14640 Job Description What you'll do As a Program Manager, you'll partner closely with the Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) Team to support the program roadmap and leading company-wide programs with broad impact. The overarching goal of the BCCM Team is to ensure that Zendesk can continue delivering on its promises to our customers, under all conditions. You'll work side-by-side with our Business Resilience team and its numerous internal partners to drive solutions for cross-functional gaps, such as developing Business Impact Assessments and Business Continuity Plans. You'll lead the BCCM programs at the milestone level, facilitate retrospectives after a crisis, and communicate plans and status from the team level up to C-staff. You'll be a key contributor to the team keep the roadmap moving forward, focusing on significant milestones, as you support the journey toward making Zendesk best in class for business resilience. What you need to succeed We've found that experience driving broad, complex programs across a global organization are the most common predictors for a successful Business Resilience Program Manager at Zendesk. You are naturally curious about how things are connected, asking questions to support your base knowledge, giving you the foundation to be effective in driving your work forward. You understand the phases of Agile methodology and incorporate this to identify and operationalize a process. You are an excellent facilitator able to build links between teams and people, and you communicate status clearly, concisely, and accurately. You anticipate areas of risk and identify ways to mitigate them, and you think it's fun! You get your kicks by seeing programs you drive run smoothly and efficiently and ultimately meet the needs of the business.
