WHEDA is seeking candidates to fill our Escrow Officer position in our Single Family Housing Group. This position is responsible formanaging renovation escrow accounts as well as assisting in managing the risk and maximizing the profitability for all single Family residential mortgage loans. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Perform prompt and accurate handling of renovation escrow accounts in accordance with WHEDA and/or investor requirements for programs such as FNMA's Homestyle Renovation loans and WHEDA Home Improvement loan; Assisting in executing the strategy for managing the risk, and maximizing the profitability, for all single family residential mortgage loans the Authority intends to sell or guaranty in the secondary markets. This may include establishing pricing, managing the commitment pipeline, identifying and executing the optimal loan delivery strategy, executing hedges, performing loan and loan pool deliveries with multiple investors, and coordinating trades; Assist in investor reporting processes. This includes regular monthly reconciliation of actual/actual and scheduled/scheduled loans and loan pools with multiple investors, loan status and loan information updates, and communication through investor portal; Assist in the development of Capital Markets policies and procedures, as well as the configuration of pricing and risk adjustments within the Authority's Secondary and Loan Origination systems; Develop and maintain reports relating to product pipelines, daily positions, gains/losses on cash and TBA activities, fallout, extension fees earned/paid, pair-off and other fees, including Lender-specific reports germane to mitigating pricing and delivery risks and maximizing profitability; Respond to internal and external requests regarding loan programs, lock policies, extension requests, and spot pricing; Assist fellow Capital Markets staff to address document and data issues...
