Overview Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) has executive leadership accountability for the achievement of corporate goals through effective strategic enterprise leadership of information & data services, data analytics, and ecommerce technology to achieve UW Credit Union's Mission, Vision, and goals. Assesses enterprise needs to support the organization with reliable, cost effective, and productive solutions to build efficiency and support a digital first approach to service delivery. This position is accountable for the development and execution of strategic plans for of information & data services, data analytics, and ecommerce technology to support corporate goals including high levels of membership growth, expansion of member relationships, retention of member relationships, a superior member experience and high levels of employee engagement. Collaborates with the CEO and other members of the Executive, and Senior Management Team in overall administration of the organization by contributing to developing and implementing overall plans, policies, and programs.
