Extended Job Title:
Facilities Information Analyst II
Collects and manages all information associated with the facilities inventory. May specialize in either graphics, data management, teaching space or event management.
Up to 25%
Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and input data for facilities inventory to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Ability to apply numerical and analytical skills necessary for the analysis and evaluation of data in real-time.
Must be able to think critically (out of the box) and be able to pay complete attention to details. Ability to make independent judgments and decisions based on established guidelines and job experience.
Communicates with other departments to prepare for existing site surveys, new construction surveys and space use surveys to verify coding, measurements, and physical building information.
Maintains plans of current projects and catalog of past projects for easy access and future planning.
Assemble data to complete architectural designs using Computer-Aided Drafting (AutoCAD) and Map 3D software to draft and design floor plan layouts. Maintain GIS and GPS database online.
Minimum Hire Rate:
Previous experience in implementation of AutoCAD software and GIS systems.
Knowledge and experience with SQL Database, SQL Reporting Services, and Visio.
