Available Shift: Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:30pm

What are you doing in this role?

get orders packaged and shipped out on time for customers so they arrive at their doorstep as expected. Come be a part of the excitement of the ecommerce industry.

Fulfillment Team Leadwillassist the Supervisor in day to day functions (day-to-day functions will be defined according to department as part of the SOP). And schedule will vary depending on business needs.

Job Duties& Responsibilities

+ + Fill in for other leads when needed

• Plan and coordinate shift activities to ensure adherence to all DC procedures and documentation set forth

• Assist in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency and accuracy for all inbound related activities

• Ensure that all shift personnel receive proper training, skill development per company guidelines

• Recommend opportunities for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of associates for increased shift contribution

• Achieve and maintain compliance with company and federally mandated regulations regarding safety, OSHA, HazMat and DOT

• Monitor and help coordinate execution of SLA, work flow, and any escalated client requests daily

• Reinforce policy and procedure compliance

• Communicate progress to supervisor

• Dispatch work as needed to balance labor with work volume.

• Follow-up with associates on performance throughout the day, coach and recognize where appropriate

• Provide direction in a professional manner

• Follow all safety guidelines and performs in a safe and careful manner

• Fill in for supervisor when needed

• All other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager

• Must possess capability to walk or stand for extended periods of time

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Must be able to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds

• Must be able to climb stairs

• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and grasp products
