The Computer Science department at Loyola Marymount University is seeking applications for the position of Visiting Assistant Professor in Computer Science for the academic year

2021-2022. Applicants should hold, or be working toward, a Ph.D. in Computer Science; have teaching experience at the college level; and possess a strong commitment to teaching undergraduates.

Visiting professors will have some flexibility in choosing course offerings, and work in a collegial environment of faculty, staff, and students with a vibrant culture and strong support from the College of Science and Engineering. The university is located three miles from the beach in the city of Los Angeles, minutes away from the technology hub of Playa Vista, LAX , and the aerospace companies of El Segundo.
