USC Credit Union, a dynamic $700M credit union located steps from USC’s University Park campus near Downtown Los Angeles, is looking for a IT Support Analyst for its fast-paced IT Department. This position is responsible for supporting users throughout the credit union, by phone and in person. Due to the pandemic, this job is mostly remote.

The support technician will:

  • Resolve problems with operating systems, office software, line-of-business applications, network connectivity, computer hardware, and other systems

  • Manage user accounts, privileges, and other routine system configuration items

  • Develop and maintain relevant internal and customer-facing documentation

  • Train and supervise student workers as assigned

  • Work independently or as part of a larger team, as required

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a minimum of two years of IT experience, preferably in Desktop or Help Desk support

  • Demonstrate strong critical-thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Be eager to learn, adapt, and take on responsibilities in new and changing technical environments

  • Excel in a self-directed and -motivated environment

  • Pass a pre-employment background and credit check

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 2 years Minimum Field of Expertise: Knowledge of computing environments. Experience with networks, workstations, wireless communication, security software and procedures. Working knowledge of associated hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
