Americannmade Floor Lead in Los Angeles, California

Job Duties:

  • Be a positive, consistent and respectful role model and develop and support a positive attitude toward company policies and procedures

  • Efficiently run the store and manage the sales floor, address concerns with employees as needed and follow up with Management personnel

  • Ensure company/store policies and procedures are communicated in a timely manner and adhered to accordingly

  • Provide feedback to General Manager to help drive sales, improve operational functions and support the development staff

  • Assist with the new hire training

  • Oversee all breaks in compliance with company break and lunch policies

  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures including securing all store assets

  • Assist management with day to day operations

  • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers

  • Monitor registers for necessary change or cash drops and complete audits for cash discrepancies

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and practices including: signing, pricing and loss prevention

  • Communicate with management for staff and sales report

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and acknowledge and resolve customer complaints

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Organization and planning skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Ability to handle stressful situations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, including Word and Excel

  • Ability to effectively work with the team

  • Compliance and Metrc fluency

  • Must be at least 21 years old
