Job Summary

The Financial Services Assistant provides assistance in general mailings for members and providers, stuffing envelopes, affixing labels, sealing and mailing. The position may also be responsible for some basic filing.

Duties

Provides assistance in general mailings for members and providers, stuffing envelopes, affixing labels, sealing and mailing. (80%)

Responsible for some basic filing. (10%)

Perform other duties as assigned. (10%)

Education Required

High School Diploma/or High School Equivalency Certificate

Education Preferred

Experience

Required:

At least 0-6 months of general office experience.

Skills

Required:

Ability to be organized, flexible, adaptable to high & low workloads.

Ability to be a team player.

Ability to do physical work.

Ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines.
