Accenture Ecosystem Partner Experience Strategy Manager, West in Los Angeles, California

You Are:

A Strategy Consulting guru with deep professional experience working on GTM and ecosystem strategies related to digital transformation, mobility, emerging technologies, etc. Ability to provide our clients and partners with leading channel models including Go-to-Market motion, channel segmentation approaches, operating model designs, program architecture and channel enablement capabilities. You are high energy and have a passion for innovation and developing strategic high-growth partnerships models. You are at the forefront of industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to our partners/clients. You consider yourself an expert at establishing and nurturing client and partner relationships and are equally capable of applying those interpersonal skills to develop and maximize the talents of your team members. These skills enable you to deliver on a wide range of engagements that help your clients set and achieve their strategic and operational objectives.

The Work:

  • Develop and manage high-growth strategic partnerships that deliver innovative and transformative programs, with a particular focus on differentiated best in class solutions

  • Lead teams in identifying and executing strategic GTM relationships to meet the needs of the market, accelerate revenue growth, plan for the future; Draw on industry best practice to inform recommendations

  • Create and share thought leadership and cross-industry perspective with current and prospective partners

  • Initiate relationships and build trust with clients to raise Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner

  • Support business and channel development efforts

  • Mentor junior members of the Strategy & Consulting High Tech team and groom them for more responsibility

Travel:

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here’s What You Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience consulting or working in sales or sales strategy

  • Strong client communication skills

  • A proven track record of:

  • Channel development, ability to facilitate partner development efforts with tangible outcomes

  • Business Case Development to create a comprehensive business case (top-down and bottoms up) for investing in ecosystem partner relationships

  • Story Development to formulate approach in a structured way

    Bonus Points if:

  • You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

  • Specific experience with ecosystem partnerships, alliance relationships, GTM strategy, growth strategy, and customer engagement
