We’re seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team!

You are a self-motivated, articulate and well-presented sales professional who thrives on assisting with the sale of a solution. You are highly energetic and have a sense of urgency in everything you do - particularly sales. You are passionate about the brands you represent and are looking to continue to grow and develop your career. You enjoy nurturing key stakeholder relationships through honest discussion of simPRO products and services. You are an expert at positioning a compelling value proposition to single decision-makers right up to large buyer groups, as well as discussing next steps in the sales process.
Essential responsibilities and duties:
Understand trade contracting and field service business workflows to promote product benefits
Execute against defined calling and email campaigns as well as personal campaigns, activities and processes to build and nurture a pipeline of prospects
Follow up, qualify, and nurture inbound requests from multiple sources including marketing campaigns, web leads and chats, emails and inbound phone calls
Generate prospect interest and schedule meetings for events such as trade shows, webinars
Conduct qualification, discovery and other pre-sales activities with prospects to transition opportunities to AEs & BDMs on the sales team
Increase pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding quota
Leverage internal technology tools, maintain client information records in our CRM
Participate in regular one-on-one and team forecast reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best-practice sharing
Any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Work & skills requirements:
1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a lead generation role
CRM use experience, Salesforce required
Ability to overcome customer objections using values-based discussion
An understanding of business processes and workflows
Strong understanding of web-based technologies and systems
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail regarding documentation and processes
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic
Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn
Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% and move about the office up to 50%
Must be able to constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office productivity machinery
Must be able to exchange accurate information in all communication with customers
Helpful for success:
Operational knowledge of or experience in the services industry a major plus
Experience working with business process software a plus
Proficient with Google Suite a plus
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Salary: $40,000 + bonuses
