RightSpace Storage Regional Training and Auditing Manager in Londonderry, New Hampshire

This position is based in Southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Self Storage experience as a training manager, or in operations expertise/auditing, or equivalent experience is required. Advancement opportunities are a possibility!

This position will run one of our sites as the Manager, plus assist the Regional Director with all the training and auditing for the region.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Employee training and site audits are your priority

  • Build sales and maximize profits by effectively developing and communicating Company and Customer expectations to the entire team

  • Train, teach and motivate team to maintain high quality customer service and safety

  • Exercise excellent business skills and judgement in cost control procedures, financial accounting

  • Manage the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems

  • Communicate with your Area Director/Area Manager regarding corporate business objectives, issues, requirements

  • Make recommendations to enhance storage operations

    To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • Current or prior Self Storage experience as a Property Manager with training or auditing experience

  • A Bachelor?s degree preferred; or two (2) years? experience in leasing and sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience in reading, analyzing and interpreting general business correspondence and leasing documents

  • Experience writing routine reports and correspondence

  • A positive personality
