Intern - R&D: Science & Nutrition

Local applicants only - this will be an onsite role.


  • Develop parameters for fermenting turmeric/curcumin to improve bioavailability.

  • Deliverables include optimized process and proof of bioavailability improvement.

  • Opportunity to experience aspects of manufacturing dietary supplements


  • Food Science orientation: Lab experience (min. 1 year)

  • Fermentation knowledge and skills desirable

  • Report writing experience

  • Basic math and spreadsheet capabilities
