L3Harris Integrated Vision Solutions is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. The candidate should have a background in Finance or Accounting and have a strong desire to learn and grow within our fast-paced, growth oriented company. Persons applying should be able to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and be flexible. This position will require a self-starter who can support multiple on-going tasks through completion. The position directly interfaces across several organizations, primarily both the Program Management and the Operations teams.
Program control, cost reporting and variance analysis. Includes development of program baseline plans, preparation of quarterly program Estimate-At-Completion (EAC), profit/loss analysis, monthly project/program financial management and forecasting.
Performing product cost roll-ups, supporting various quote requests (including basis of estimate and learning curve requests), limited preparation of large bid review packages and performing various briefings to management with regards to financial aspects of programs.
Provide financial planning and analysis support to the division and Sector finance teams
Provide thoughtful and detailed variance analyses when deltas to the forecast arise
Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analyses on the key metrics (orders, sales, profit, etc.) to ensure the business is tracking as expected
Assist with the development of department budgets and provide monthly variance analyses and modeling
Work with functional leads to define and track cost savings metrics and KPIs within the business
Position also requires performance of ad hoc duties for program finance support and financial projections as required by management
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Min 4 years job related experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Working knowledge of ERP systems and cost accounting concepts desired
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent demanding deadlines
Should be a self-starter that can work well both individually and in a team environment
