The Field Service Representative will be based out of L3H IVS’s Londonderry, NH facility with an initial assignment of providing Field Service Technical support. Duties also include: analytical/warranty support, ongoing operator/maintenance training, and providing recommendations regarding life cycle sustainment strategies within the IVS customer community. The ideal candidate should be familiar with current military logistics support concepts/processes, equipment, operational environment and comfortable interfacing with DOD and International customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•Represent L3H to existing and new U.S. military and International customers.

•Complete inspection/acceptance of night fighting equipment in support of new production and field maintenance activities for the customers.

•Facilitate scheduling and support of new equipment fieldings.

•Conduct Operator and Maintenance training for the Night Fighting Equipment for Operator and Technical personnel, DOD and International personnel at IVS or off-site.

•Conduct Logistics briefings with customers.

•Support Night Fighting Equipment demonstrations, testing events, and Logistics capability briefings with customers.

•Obtain and forward market intelligence from customers, contacts, and publications concerning competition, new logistics initiatives and industry trends.

•Create and maintain training materials pertaining to L3H products.

Education and Experience

•4+ years of military experience with Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 2171 or 94F.

•Must have experience developing, implementing and delivering curriculum in accordance with the US Government’s Systems Approach to Training (SAT) manual.

•Must have a detailed understanding and working knowledge of firearms boresighting and zeroing procedures.

•Must have a detailed understanding and working knowledge of Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Technical Manuals, Fielding Plans, Modification Instructions, and Disposition Plans.

•Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Skills, Knowledge, Certifications and Conditions

•Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in internal/external documents and presentations.

•Strong computer skills with proficiency in Windows™ interface and MS Office™.

•Must be willing to live and/or travel internationally for long periods of time.

•Must be willing to be based in Londonderry, NH facility when not on travel.

•Must be able to meet and work with customers outside in adverse weather conditions.

•Must have effective and demonstrated organization, planning, time management, interpersonal and collaboration skills.

•Demonstrated performance record of consistently meeting assigned targets, deadlines, and communication requirements, while operating independently with limited oversight.

•Must be able to obtain a Passport, required Visa’s, and security clearance.
