Job Description

We are looking for a Talented Senior Paralegal / NQ / Junior Lawyer to join our EMEA Contracts Team. The Sabre EMEA - APAC Commercial Contracts Team is part of the Legal department supporting colleagues in the Sales, Developer and Product departments within the Travel Solutions business unit.


• Drafting custom agreements, templates and ad hoc contractual instruments which articulate the business terms negotiated by Account Managers with our Travel Agency customers or authorized developers

• Collaborating with the Sales organization, Operations, Finance and Tax to support the negotiation process

• Primary liaison between the Sales team, customer’s legal counsel and Sabre's in-house legal team, including responding to post-signature contract queries and coordinating the escalation of queries to our attorneys for specialist analysis

• Project Management and process design

Job Requirements

• LLB/Law based Bachelor's degree, professional degree or equivalent preferred. MBA a bonus.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant paralegal or contract drafting and negotiation experience

specifically focused on supporting high-value transactional deals

• Superior command of the English language, both written and spoken

• Proven strategic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; capable of tying together complex commercial ideas and assessing financial models

• Ability to work autonomously; self-starter who takes ownership of finding creative solutions for novel problems or ideas

• Experience in a global organization and comfortable navigating change

• Proficiency in a non-English language will be a bonus
