MAC - CRM Coordinator

Reporting into

the CRM & Loyalty Manager, this role will be responsible for executing

against the M.A.C CRM strategy, delivering the email calendar, customer

lifecycle programmes and loyalty initiatives to help drive customer engagement,

retention and loyalty.

The successful

candidate will be responsible for briefing, building and deploying trade and

lifecycle campaigns, with an emphasis on reporting back on both email KPI’s and

brand-wide CRM metrics.

  • Brief and buildemail marketing campaigns for M.A.C Cosmetics UK, working with internal andexternal teams to deliver these campaigns.

  • Proof, test anddeploy all email campaigns ahead of reaching our customers.

  • Monitor emailprogramme deployment to ensure all sends go out as planned and proactivelyidentify programme issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Work with CRMManager to develop and implement new lifecycle programmes.

  • Use the datamanagement platform to run and segment data, creating custom audiences foremail but also wider marketing functions

  • Run and refreshweekly and monthly customer data and CRM reports for use by the wider team.

  • Present channelplans and track impact and performance of all comms to stakeholders throughmonthly reports and in relevant forums.

  • Run customeranalysis to evaluate the success of key campaigns.



  • Experience in a CRM role, ideally with experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Knowledge of HTML is preferred, but not essential.

  • Confident with data and an understanding of campaign analytics.

  • Understand GDPR and how this impacts brand communication.

  • Good internal and agency management skills, managing timelines, prioritisation and with a solution-orientated mindset.

  • A self-starter, comfortable with fast-paced environments and quick turnaround times.

  • High level of attention to detail.

  • Good influencing and relationship building skills.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Word.


  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Experience building emails.

  • Solid knowledge of HTML.

  • Experience using database management systems, such as BlueVenn, and writing syntax.
