Your Role and Responsibilities

Researching new leads and maintaining a database of past/current/potential customers.

  • Communicating with prospects, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential prospects questions and sending additional information per email, cloud or social media, e.g. LinkedIn.

  • Keeping up with offering information and updates.

  • Explaining and demonstrating features of services when appropriate.

  • Support closing sales and contributing to achieving ambitious sales targets.

  • Assessing Market by analyzing and summarizing information and trends.

  • Teaming with Business Development leaders, Partners, and Subject Matter Experts.

  • Creating Marketing collateral and preparing quotations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • BA/BS University degree with majors in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration.

  • English speaking, German and/or French a great advantage

  • 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred, ideally in professional consulting or selling of services.

  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Social Selling savvy, e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter.

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Strong listening and sales skills.

  • Ability to work to deadlines and achieving targets.


  • Energetic and comfortable in a highly changing environment

  • 'Can do' attitude and 'Results driven'.

  • Able to accept 'rejection' and move on.

  • Confident and assured talking to VIPs.

  • Willingness to learn fast, challenge others and be coached.

  • Must like problem-solving and be creative.

  • Willing and capable of working from home 75% (we are a 'virtual' practice).

  • Able to travel UK-wide and mainland Europe 25%.
