What you’ll be doing...
Support the BlueJeans EMEA Sales and Customer Success Teams by providing guidance on deal structures for new and existing Customers.
Adhere to BlueJeans/Verizon’s discount approval and nonstandard terms rules and process.
Be a SME on BlueJeans and Verizon’s quote to cash process.
Provide sales enablement trainings and develop sales aids as needed.
Provide guidance on various Policies and Procedures.
Cross functional role requiring collaboration with key stakeholders in sales, finance, product and legal.
Reports directly to Sr Manager Global Deal Desk Manager.
Manage the Deal Desk function and assist the EMEA sales team with Deal Structuring, Quoting and Pricing, Special Terms, Contract Review, and Exception Approvals Management.
Identify and analyze problems using sound judgment and creatively determine solutions in order to effectively resolve issues and continuously improve business processes and systems.
Sales Operational Expert on BJN/Verizon quote to cash systems and processes.
Respond to questions and assist with issue resolution.
Ensure contracts are processed and booked.
Work as a liaison between multiple functional groups to help facilitate deal closure.
Advise to ensure that resolution of customer satisfaction issues align with customer needs and company business strategies and policies.
Assist on projects as needed.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field or relevant work experience.
Experience in a deal desk, finance, contracts, or revenue accounting role; software/SaaS experience.
Even better if you have:
Experience with Salesforces and CPQ/Enterprise quoting.
Strong business acumen with excellent communications.
Experiencein Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and dependable with deliverables and deadlines, able to multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience using sales tools: Salesforce, Linkedin, and other productivity tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
