The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) International Business Operations team is searching for a strategic and results-driven Business Operations Senior Associate to join our team. This person will partner with leaders across the Product, Go-To-Market, and Finance organisations to drive strategic initiatives that shape the growth trajectory of the Marketing Solutions business.

The ideal candidate is at the intersection of strong strategic and analytical thinking. This candidate will demonstrate quick learning and an impressive history of driving results. Most importantly, the candidate will deliver through strong relationships and use excellent communication to reach alignment across executive teams, keep projects on track, and have fun.

  • Partner with leadership to deliver strategic projects that enable the business to execute its highest priority initiatives

  • Leverage LinkedIn data to conduct in-depth analyses across areas of the business to develop deep understanding of key value drivers, identifying improvement areas and opportunities

  • Serve as the connective tissue of a cross-functional team (including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Development, Corporate Development, and other internal groups, etc.), working to share knowledge and drive people towards a common goal

  • Deliver strategic projects for high-priority LMS initiatives

  • Provide key insights that help the business scale or operate more efficiently

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in engineering, math, statistics, physics, computer science, business or related discipline

  • 4+ years of work experience in a strategy related role with an emphasis on quantitative skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy or an operational or growth role within a technology company

  • Experience with SQL

  • Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations

  • High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business

  • Highly analytical: You’re analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models.

  • Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
