Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Extensive FMCG experience in Syndicated Analytics directly working with Nielsen / IRI / Kantar

  • Degree required (preferably MBA or BA)

  • Knowledge of global level insights capability and CPG performance dynamics

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Professional market research or marketing qualification preferred

  • Strategic thinker with compelling experience in developing insight functions and building insights know how

  • Business acumen

  • Experience of working with multi-cultural teams

  • Commercial understanding – to ensure that research projects are always linked to financial benefits.

  • Holding self and others accountable

  • Self-starter / work independently

  • Flexibility, dealing with ambiguity
