Who are we looking for?Basic skill, knowledge, and experience required. Some on-the-job training will be required, but base skills, knowledge, work-related experience, and/or training must be demonstrated to move into this role
What will you be doing?
Prepare and distribute paperwork for the fire technicians, evaluate data, prepare reports and letters, invoice, send invoices. Help with scheduling and quoting fire test, process the fire technicians time sheets, send in the safety sheets, schedule dot physical and drug tests for our office. Shop for supplies for the office. Assist customers with obtaining COI, data, invoices, and anything else they may need. Preparing submittals for all fire project managers. Prepare fire pump quotes.
Prepare all fire technicians paperwork for the week for the Lombard office.
Enter fire pump test reports, evaluate, and prepare letters and invoice.
PDF and then send data and invoices to customers.
Review and save TMS on the server.
Send the safety sheet to the main office.
Mail out monthly statements after receiving from the main office.
Prepare submittals for the fire project managers. This includes going on the internet and finding the cut sheets and putting them together for the submittal.
Checking the mail, sending out the UPS, and answering the phones.
Cleaning the office.
Delivering parts to the technicians at the work site.
Assist with hotel, flight, car rentals reservations
Prepare fire pump quotes using Rapid.
Sending reminders to our customers when the fire pump test are due and help with scheduling
