In this dynamic and challenging role, you will expand and maintain relationships with customers by providing outstanding personalized service and responding to their account servicing needs in a prompt, efficient and accurate manner. whether it is through the consultative response to their questions or the attentive and timely processing of IRA, living trust or deceased customer documents and transactions on their accounts, you will play a key role in developing the lifelong financial partnerships we value with each of our customers.
-Receive a moderate volume of incoming customer and employee support calls on a daily basis
-Process IRA, living trust, power-of-attorney and deceased customer paperwork and related transactions
-Open, maintain and perform quality assurance reviews on new accounts
-Actively listen to and respond to customer needs while having a courteous and helpful attitude
-Educate and cross-sell customers on the company's product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs
-Collaborate with co-workers in your department and in other departments and branches to provide effective and efficient service to our customers
-Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services
-Understand and comply with applicable Federal and State laws, banking regulations and OE Federal Credit Unions policies and procedures
They are a credit union that also does auto loans, boat, RV, watercraft loans, motorcycle loans, mortgage loans, home loans. This person will be working with a lot of blue collar folks from construction trades and labor union

Banking /credit union experience OR experience processing detailed information

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
This person will be processing payment files. They need to be able to pay attention to detail. They will be working with multiple files throughout the day and balancing them throughout the day. Example: Most direct deposits are automatic and have reoccurring withdrawals. Some are not automatic. This person will be dealing with those. They will be going through the manual ones when the deposit comes in and processing it on the backend. Occasionally they may pick up the phone if they receive a form with incorrect information. They would have to contact the customer and clarify the information to make sure it's accurate.
What they want to see:
-We have some flexibility with who we send. If this person is bilingual in Spanish and has experience in a role where they had to pay high attention to detail, that would be great. Preferred experience is some sort of credit union or banking experience. Accounting experience would even be good. If this person has experience processing some sort of application, payment, loan, anything in terms of processing something where they had to complete a process from start to finish, that would be great.
