Overview of Job Function:

The Sr. Technical Consultant has extensive ASP.NET development experience to conceive and implement a technology solution to deliver on business and technical requirements. The role interacts with clients, partners, peers and multiple roles often consisting of: a project manager, systems analyst, system architect, product development, implementation designer, and implementer.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

•Support requirements gathering sessions and design workshops related to the Telligent Community product implementations including integrations with relevant applications.

•Design, develop, and deliver solutions to achieve business and technical project requirements.

•Provide technical leadership to a sub-team of designers, developers, and specification writers in support of software implementation.

•Perform complex analysis, consulting, and provide recommendations to internal and external clients.

•Upon request, provide technical instruction and knowledge transfers to clients, partners, and peers.

Minimum Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ASP.NET development

•Experience with C#, JavaScript, CSS, and Microsoft SQL Server

•Experience with systems integration methods and technologies including Restful APIs and WebHooks

•Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to provide direction to cross-functional teams responsible for resolution of complex technical challenges

•Ability to be customer-focused to understand and appropriately respond to customers' business needs

•Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in

•Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions

•Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

•Up to 10% travel required domestically and internationally

•The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel

•Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and location regulations

Preferred Requirements:

•Verint (Telligent) Community experience

•Experience with single sign-on authentication such as: SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth
