Software Quality Support Analyst
The Software Quality Support Analyst executes user-based test cases to ensure that software products meet design specifications. This also includes preparing test data and test scenarios. The ideal candidate should be able to work well in a team environment with limited instruction and demonstrate good judgment in implementing methods and techniques for obtaining results.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in team activities such as requirement reviews and test case reviews
Execute testing tasks to validate end to end user experience
Identify and clearly write defects as part of our validation process
Other duties as assigned by managers or leads
*The anticipated starting hourly wage for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $20-23/hour. This position is not eligible to participate in an incentive program.

Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
High school diploma
Experience using various web browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
Desired Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Ability to follow detailed step by step instructions
Clearly explain and document steps to reproduce a defect
Report progress on problems and resolutions to management
Desire to learn and expand knowledge in software application development
Strong Written and Verbal skills to communicate with clarity and brevity to other professionals
Desire to work in the technology field
Prefer someone based in Iowa City, IA or surrounding areas
