Management Analyst I

Role and Responsibilities

KBR is seeking to hire Financial Management Analyst to support Aviation Logistics Environment (ALE). This person will support the ALE Logistics IT (LOGIT) / COMFRC team (formerly known NAVAIR 6.8.4 ALE Systems Engineering Team). The initial focus will be ALE Program Management Support. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and will receive direct tasking from the government and the CSS on site KBR lead.

Tasking will include:

  • Consolidate information from existing documents and create a new document

  • Programming, Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) from requirements, to execution, reconciliation and reporting

  • Self-starter that will be able to research various logistics topics and generate draft documents

  • Navigate applications similar to SharePoint, Acquisition Management System (AMS –CSPT, PMT CDRLS) or other document management application to locate documents for review/distribution

  • Assist with preparation / development of briefs or other documentation

  • Be able to screen and organize documentation to allow electronic filing of documents.

  • Scheduled meetings, create agendas, take notes and prepare meeting minutes

  • Report issues that are clear, concise and in a timely manner to project/program management

  • Identify project risks and make recommendations to minimize/mitigate risk so Leadership has what they need to make the determinations

  • Escalate any issues/concerns to appropriate leadership

  • Experience working in an Agile environment or knowledge of key Agile principles

  • Accurately estimate task duration and meet schedules – not missing deadlines is critical

  • Be able to review/format documents and briefs in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Pro and PowerPoint

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2 years of experience in financial/logistics/maintenance/software in Naval Aviation or DoD

  • QLIK, APM (2 financial reconcile & tracking tools), Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Ordnance Programs Optimization Model or Optimized Performance Model (OPOM) experience

  • Experience with ALE, Aviation Product Lifecycle Management (AvPLM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)/ Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Maintenance Engineering Groundstation for Aviation (MEGA), Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA), Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS), Joint Engineering Data Management Information and Control System (JEDMICS POR), NAVAIR Standard IETM Viewer (NSIV), Joint Configuration Management Information System (JCMIS), Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS), NATEC Technical Data Website or Technical Manual Application System (TMAPS) projects

  • Experience with OMN NPRL, PRL and RDT&E funding

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • SECRET level clearance is required
