Cleans and maintains PEO SOFSA leased buildings/facilities.
Duties involve a combination of the following: Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping or scrubbing and polishing floors;
Removing chips, trash and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures;
Polishing metal fixtures or trimmings;
Providing supplies and minor maintenance services;
Cleaning lavatories, showers and restrooms.
Ability to regularly lift 25-50 pounds and on occasion up to 100 pounds.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Required
Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
Ability to effectively work with other team members.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Detail oriented and basic organizational skills.
Must be able to Work a Flexible Work Schedule.
