You could be part of our next chapter as a Customer Care Champion working within our Business Support Team, based in Leicester. This is a permanent position and the hours of work will be Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.

In this role you will be producing and managing quotes in a timely fashion, processing bookings, subsequent orders and the process site visit paperwork to facilitate job completion and billing.

Responsibilities for this role include but are not confined to:

  • Prepare quotations accurately from multiple documents, ERF’s, SVR’s, Insurance Reports, Risk Assessments etc in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Prepare quotations from the “Upgrade App”

  • Process daily customer quotation acceptances, ensuring all relevant paperwork is produced and filed accordingly

  • Produce purchase orders using the Otis business systems for supply of parts or site works upon request by engineers or the repair manager in accordance with company’s purchasing policies and procedures when required to support.

  • Process engineer’s site visit paperwork and complete and bill jobs on the Otis business system ensuring all customer requirement specifics have been met for invoice production

  • Dispatch jobs as required to the engineers on the Otis business systems

  • Be responsible for the creation of ‘O’ jobs (Contractual Repairs) on the system via instruction from the Field Service Managers.

  • Facilitate the Worldwide Job Site Safety Standard Process (WWJSSS). Ensuring customer units on portfolio are reviewed and quotes are provided where units do not meet current safety standards.

  • Communicate with engineers, using the surveys, prepare quotations to bring customer equipment up to current regulatory levels and follow up quotations and report accordingly

  • Produce purchase orders using the Otis business systems for supply of parts or site works upon request by engineers or the repair manager for all contractual “O” jobs.

  • To provide adequate coverage for holiday and sickness within the department when required.

  • Enter and update purchase requisition system with all relevant data.

  • Support Quote follow up whenever possible
