Acrisure LLC Personal Lines Insurance Agent (LassiterWare) in Leesburg, Florida

LassiterWare, an Acrisure Agency partner, is currently looking to add to our team with an exciting opportunity for a Personal Lines Insurance Agent in our Leesburg, FL location. This position will be responsible for managing and aiding clients with their service needs and making changes to existing accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Informs and educate clients about policy coverages, changes, exclusions and

insurance coverage needs.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

  • Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing

of transactions and other responsibilities.

  • Actively solicit increases in coverage and round out accounts through sales to clients.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent, required.

  • Have a valid State of Florida 2-20, 4-40 or 2-40 license.

  • Minimum of two-years experience working with personal line products.

  • Knowledge of E&S products a plus.

Technology Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • EPIC or similar agency management software experience, a plus.

  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior, and effort to achieve goals and objectives.

  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding

sensitive information.

  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
