THE DOE RUN COMPANY Construction Administrator - REMED01611-00001 in Leadwood, Missouri

Do you have project administration experience? The Doe Run Company is seeking a Construction Admin to track and schedule projects for the yard remediation team, to include cost tracking, invoicing, and managing correspondence with residents on obtaining access to properties. This position is based out of the Remediation Department near Park Hills, MO.Responsibilities:Project documentation track, create, and submit the project documentation required by EPA.Invoicing organize and track project costs (including SOW and MSA) to prepare and generate invoices for EPA.Project reporting Conduct and support remediation team with Pre-Exs, closeouts and sampling events to ensure QA/QC is met.Recordkeeping Maintain remediation crews safety records, fleet maintenance records and schedule events to maintain compliance.Access agreements organize and implement access agreements and scheduling visits with homeowners.Project budgets manage contractor invoicing, requisitions, and internal communications to track project budgets.Other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:A minimum of 3 years working experience required in project administration.Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.Must have and maintain a valid, current drivers license.Must have and maintain Notary Public certification or have the ability to obtain certification.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency with PeopleSoftProficiency with ETMSProficiency in ArcGISPublic Speaking skills, excellent verbal communication skillsSelf-MotivatedAbility to work on teamAbility to work with employees of all levelsWork Environment and Physical Requirements:Office conditions and visits to residences in the community to meet with homeowners.Frequently sitting, talking, hearing, standing, walking, driving, repetitive movement.Occasionally stooping, kneeling, climbing or balancing.Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Three-dimensional vision- ability to judge distance and space relationships.
